Frequently Asked Questions
How do I make a reservation?
Click on the “Availability/Reservations” tab and then click on the "Make a Reservation" button" to create, or log into your portal, and submit reservations. All reservations are made online. Please do not create a new profile if you already have one.
Make sure you upload vaccinations or email them to email@example.com before you submit your reservation. Otherwise, your reservation will not be able to be confirmed.
How can I change my reservation?
You can login to your portal to edit your reservations.
How can I check for availability?
Click on the “Availability/Reservations” tab to find any/all unavailable dates. The website is updated manually, which means if a date is listed as full, then it is full. However, there may be cases where a date is full, but the website does not reflect that yet. If you submit a request for a date that is full then you will get an email letting you know that you have been added to the waitlist.
Why do local/frequent customers get priority when booking?
We give priority to our customers who are locals and come frequently because they keep us in business.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made no later than 9am the morning of your dog’s check-in date. If you do not cancel by then, your card on file will be charged for 1 night of your dog’s stay or 1 day of daycare, depending on your reservation type. If you have a punchcard, we will take a punch for any no shows.
What vaccinations are required?
What should I bring?
For daycare – Nothing, just your dog!

We do not provide food because changing your dog’s diet could make them sick.
No bowls or bedding will be accepted. We provide these items.
For cats – Food, litter box, and litter.

For overnight, check-out is between 7AM and 9 AM or 11AM and 12PM. Your dog can stay and play for the rest of the day for an additional $40 fee.
Can I pick up my dog during the day to take them for a hike?
Absolutely, as long as you do so during our lobby hours. Just make sure they are checked back in by 5:30pm.
Are non-neutered dogs or females in heat allowed?
Non-neutered male dogs over the age of 6 months and female dogs in heat are not accepted.
Do you accept dogs of any age?
Dogs are required to be at least 4 months old, and have had Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella in order to attend.
Do you have to meet my dog ahead of time?
We do not need to meet your dog prior to their first visit. We accept all breeds, however, we do reserve the right to exclude certain dogs based on temperament for the safety of themselves as well as the other dogs.
Can I speak to someone on the phone?
Absolutely, but please understand that the phone goes directly to voicemail, so if you don’t leave a message, we don’t know that you called.
Can I schedule a tour of the facility?
Unfortunately our facility is not conducive to walk-through tours as dogs are always out playing in different areas and we have to make sure they are safe.
Are you open on holidays?
We are closed on Easter, the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. In addition, we close at 12PM on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
Do you offer any grooming services?
We do offer nail trims and exit baths for an additional fee.
The exit baths are a basic bath and towel dry only.
If your dog shows any signs of aggression during the bath or nail trim, then the service will not be completed. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be given at the discretion of the owners.
We do not offer standalone nails trims and baths. These services are only available as an add on to a daycare or boarding stay.
Should I book a bath for my dog?
Baths are completely optional, and they are an additional charge. However, there are a few instances in which we would recommend booking an exit bath for your dog.
If you are boarding your dog for an extended amount of time, then we recommend an exit bath. We do our best to keep the facility as clean as possible, but we do constantly have dogs running around it. Therefore, dogs who are here for an extended time may pick up scents from some of the other dogs.
If you have a dog who plays nonstop, then we recommend an exit bath. If they are playing all day, then they are most likely rolling on the floors and picking up any dirtiness from the other dogs they are playing with.
If you are boarding a puppy, then we recommend an exit bath. Puppies tend to play a lot and roll around on the floors. They also tend to get nervous when boarding and are more likely to have accidents when in their kennels.
