How can I check for availability?

  • Click on the “Availability/Reservations” tab to find any/all unavailable dates. The website is updated manually, which means if a date is listed as full, then it is full. However, there may be cases where a date is full, but the website does not reflect that yet. If you submit a request for a date that is full then you will get an email letting you know that you have been added to the waitlist.

  • Absolutely, but please understand that the phone goes directly to voicemail, so if you don’t leave a message, we don’t know that you called.

Can I schedule a tour of the facility?

  • Unfortunately our facility is not conducive to walk-through tours as dogs are always out playing in different areas and we have to make sure they are safe.

Are you open on holidays?

  • We are closed on Easter, the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. In addition, we close at 12PM on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Do you offer any grooming services?

  • We do offer nail trims and exit baths for an additional fee.

  • The exit baths are a basic bath and towel dry only.

  • If your dog shows any signs of aggression during the bath or nail trim, then the service will not be completed. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be given at the discretion of the owners.

  • We do not offer standalone nails trims and baths. These services are only available as an add on to a daycare or boarding stay.

Should I book a bath for my dog?

  • Baths are completely optional, and they are an additional charge. However, there are a few instances in which we would recommend booking an exit bath for your dog.

  • If you are boarding your dog for an extended amount of time, then we recommend an exit bath. We do our best to keep the facility as clean as possible, but we do constantly have dogs running around it. Therefore, dogs who are here for an extended time may pick up scents from some of the other dogs.

  • If you have a dog who plays nonstop, then we recommend an exit bath. If they are playing all day, then they are most likely rolling on the floors and picking up any dirtiness from the other dogs they are playing with.

  • If you are boarding a puppy, then we recommend an exit bath. Puppies tend to play a lot and roll around on the floors. They also tend to get nervous when boarding and are more likely to have accidents when in their kennels.

Do you accept same day reservation requests?

  • No, we do not accept same day reservation requests.
